ACUVUE® DIRECT™ is the easier, more affordable way to buy your annual supply of ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses. ACUVUE® DIRECT™ partners with eye doctors to get your lenses delivered right to your home, so you’ll always have fresh lenses.
If you want to enroll in ACUVUE® DIRECT™, your eye doctor can handle everything. Within five to ten days of your initial visit, you’ll get your first ACUVUE® DIRECT™ kit containing:
- A three-month supply of lenses
- A new lens case (for re-usable products only)
- Eye health tips
You’ll get a fresh kit automatically delivered right to your door every three months, for a year. Your final kit of the year will include a reminder to make your annual eye doctor appointment. If for any reason you need to change shipment dates or have any other questions, you can contact our Customer Service team at 1-866-221-7078.
You’ll only be charged once your lenses are shipped (four times a year), so the cost of an annual supply of lenses is spread out over a year instead of all at once. And the shipping is free.
ACUVUE® DIRECT™ accepts VISA, MasterCard or your flexible spending card, if the card is associated with VISA or MasterCard. It’s free to join. Just ask your eye doctor to sign you up.
Special rebates and refunds
Your final shipment of the year will contain something special – a $30 rebate offer for any ACUVUE® OASYS™ Brand Contact Lenses or a $60 rebate offer for 1•DAY ACUVUE® MOIST® Brand Contact Lenses.
Or if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your lenses, just take them back to your eye doctor and ask for a refund. Terms & Conditions apply.
Terms & Conditions: All subscriptions can only be activated by a staff member or an eye doctor within a practice environment. All subscriptions have a life cycle of a 12-month period. Changes to shipment dates during the subscription may result in the cancellation of subsequent shipments. Product will not be shipped past the expiration of your prescription period. Your credit card will not be charged for any cancelled shipments.

Eye Health Related Questions: If you need to make a change to your prescription or have a medical problem with your eyes or contact lenses, please contact your eye doctor immediately.
Renewing Your Subscription: You will receive an annual exam reminder in your fourth shipment reminding you to schedule your yearly eye examination and informing you that your subscription is about to expire. To re-enroll in the program, you must visit your eye doctor to receive a new prescription and to reactivate your ACUVUE® DIRECT™ subscription.
Your Signature/Future Communications: By signing the enrollment form, you are acknowledging your understanding of and agreement to the terms of the ACUVUE® DIRECT™ program and that any information you submit will be governed by our Privacy Policy. Your signature also indicates your consent to receive product and promotional messaging from Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. the manufacturer of ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses. Payment: All payments are handled by an ACUVUE® DIRECT™ third-party business partner on behalf of your eye doctor. The third party will charge your credit card on a quarterly basis after your ACUVUE® DIRECT™ kit has shipped to you. Any default in payment on your part is at risk of being handed over to a third-party collections partner.
